Geoffrey Bwireh is the Co-founder and the Executive Director at the Initiative for Community Resilience as well an Associate Lecturer at Northumbria University, UK and a member of a diverse, internationally experienced faculty experts and experienced practitioners that contribute their subject matter expertise throughout the CAS program at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts School of Business in Switzerland.

Has 16 years of un-interrupted university teaching and business ownership management within the East African countries. Successfully taught as a guest lecturer at leading business schools in the USA: Darden Business School University of Virginia, and Rice Business, Rice University. Until recently has been the Erasmus+ program co-ordinator for the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Uganda a position he has excelled in as a pioneer coordinator and guest lecturer at Powislanska University a partner university of the program in Poland.

He is passionate about sharing his business ownership and global collaborative experiences in his career journey a greater part of which has been in the rather resource-constrained setting in the East and Great Lakes regions of Africa that lie squarely in the Sub-Saharan Africa.

Travelled and taught across three continents Africa, Europe and North America as well as attending a summer school at The Chinses University of Hong Kong.
